Usando Beer Passport accetti questi termini. Sono scritti in modo semplice apposta: leggili, sono corti.
1. Cos'è Beer Passport
Beer Passport è un'app gratuita di intrattenimento per tenere traccia delle birre bevute in viaggio, con livelli, sfide, minigiochi e funzioni da usare con gli amici.
2. Solo maggiorenni
L'app è riservata a chi ha almeno 18 anni e, in ogni caso, l'età minima per bere alcolici nel proprio paese. Se non hai quest'età non puoi usarla.
3. Bevi responsabilmente
- Beer Passport è un gioco: non incoraggia a bere di più. I livelli non dipendono dalla quantità bevuta.
- Non metterti mai alla guida dopo aver bevuto. Il Brillometro è un gioco e non misura il tasso alcolemico.
- Sfide e duelli sono facoltativi. Non farli se sono pericolosi, illegali o se mettono a disagio te o altre persone.
4. Modalità Cattiva
Di serie l'app commenta con insulti scherzosi. Sono battute, non giudizi. Si spegne in qualsiasi momento nelle impostazioni.
5. Quello che pubblichi
Sei responsabile di quello che inserisci: nickname, foto, descrizioni, testi dei duelli. Non sono ammessi contenuti illegali, offensivi verso persone reali, discriminatori, violenti o foto di altre persone senza il loro consenso. Possiamo rimuovere contenuti e chiudere account che non rispettano queste regole.
6. Il tuo account
Puoi usare l'app senza account. Se lo crei, puoi eliminarlo quando vuoi dall'app, insieme a tutti i dati e le foto salvati nel cloud. Il trattamento dei dati è descritto nella sezione Privacy.
7. Il servizio così com'è
L'app è offerta gratuitamente e "così com'è". Facciamo il possibile perché funzioni bene, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre disponibile o priva di errori, né che i dati non vadano mai persi: ogni tanto fai un backup dalle impostazioni. L'app può cambiare o chiudere in futuro.
8. Responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili delle tue scelte su cosa e quanto bere, né di danni derivanti da un uso dell'app contrario a questi termini.
9. Modifiche e contatti
Questi termini possono essere aggiornati: la data in alto indica l'ultima versione. Per domande o segnalazioni usa la sezione Assistenza dell'app. Si applica la legge italiana.

By using Beer Passport you accept these terms. They are written simply on purpose: read them, they're short.
1. What Beer Passport is
Beer Passport is a free entertainment app to keep track of the beers you drink while travelling, with levels, challenges, minigames and features to use with friends.
2. Adults only
The app is only for people aged at least 18 and, in any case, of legal drinking age in their country. If you are not, you may not use it.
3. Drink responsibly
- Beer Passport is a game: it does not encourage drinking more. Levels do not depend on how much you drink.
- Never drive after drinking. The Buzz-o-meter is a game and does not measure blood alcohol.
- Challenges and duels are optional. Don't do them if they are dangerous, illegal or make you or others uncomfortable.
4. Savage Mode
By default the app comments with joking insults. They are jokes, not judgements. You can turn it off at any time in settings.
5. What you post
You are responsible for what you add: nickname, photos, captions, duel texts. Illegal content, content offensive towards real people, discriminatory or violent content, and photos of other people without their consent are not allowed. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
6. Your account
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, you can delete it at any time from the app, together with all data and photos stored in the cloud. Data processing is described in the Privacy section.
7. The service as is
The app is offered free of charge and "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free, or that data is never lost: make a backup from settings now and then. The app may change or close in the future.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for your choices about what and how much to drink, or for damage arising from use of the app contrary to these terms.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated: the date at the top shows the latest version. For questions or reports use the Help section of the app. Italian law applies.

1. Was Beer Passport ist
Beer Passport ist eine kostenlose Unterhaltungs-App, um die auf Reisen getrunkenen Biere festzuhalten, mit Leveln, Challenges, Minispielen und Funktionen für Freunde.
2. Nur für Volljährige
Die App ist nur für Personen ab 18 Jahren und in jedem Fall ab dem in ihrem Land geltenden Mindestalter für Alkohol. Wenn du dieses Alter nicht hast, darfst du sie nicht nutzen.
3. Trink verantwortungsvoll
- Beer Passport ist ein Spiel: Es ermutigt nicht, mehr zu trinken. Die Level hängen nicht von der getrunkenen Menge ab.
- Fahr nie nach dem Trinken. Der Pegelmeter ist ein Spiel und misst keinen Blutalkohol.
- Challenges und Duelle sind freiwillig. Mach sie nicht, wenn sie gefährlich oder illegal sind oder dir oder anderen unangenehm sind.
4. Fieser Modus
Standardmäßig kommentiert die App mit scherzhaften Beleidigungen. Das sind Witze, keine Urteile. Du kannst ihn jederzeit in den Einstellungen ausschalten.
5. Was du veröffentlichst
Du bist verantwortlich für das, was du einträgst: Nickname, Fotos, Beschreibungen, Duell-Texte. Nicht erlaubt sind illegale Inhalte, Inhalte, die reale Personen beleidigen, diskriminierende oder gewalttätige Inhalte sowie Fotos anderer Personen ohne deren Einwilligung. Wir können Inhalte entfernen und Konten schließen, die gegen diese Regeln verstoßen.
6. Dein Konto
Du kannst die App ohne Konto nutzen. Wenn du eines erstellst, kannst du es jederzeit in der App löschen, zusammen mit allen in der Cloud gespeicherten Daten und Fotos. Die Datenverarbeitung ist im Abschnitt Datenschutz beschrieben.
7. Der Dienst, wie er ist
Die App wird kostenlos und „wie sie ist“ angeboten. Wir tun unser Bestes, damit sie gut funktioniert, können aber nicht garantieren, dass sie immer verfügbar oder fehlerfrei ist oder dass nie Daten verloren gehen: Mach ab und zu ein Backup in den Einstellungen. Die App kann sich in Zukunft ändern oder eingestellt werden.
8. Haftung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für deine Entscheidungen, was und wie viel du trinkst, noch für Schäden aus einer Nutzung der App entgegen diesen Bedingungen.
9. Änderungen und Kontakt
Diese Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden: Das Datum oben zeigt die aktuelle Version. Für Fragen oder Meldungen nutze den Bereich Hilfe in der App. Es gilt italienisches Recht.
